je viens d'acheter cette imprimante, mais l'impression semble aléatoire et de plus en plus difficile d'imprimer quoique ce soit. Sur HP Smart l'imprimante est bien verte soit Prêt. Le lancement d'imrpession arrive bien dans le spooler d'impression mais y reste sans imprimer quoique ce soit. Des fois il est indiqué erreur, mais erreur de quoi ? Merci si vous pouvez m'aider

I just bought this printer, but the printing seems random and more and more difficult to print anything. On HP Smart the printer is green or Ready. The print spooler does indeed arrive in the print spooler but stays there without printing anything. Sometimes it is indicated error, but error of what? Thanks if you can help me
