Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

For three months now I have had to remove and reinstall this printer to be able to use it.
It has it's own (non conflicting IP address) on the router/network.
As soon as I shut down my computer, then turn it back on, when I try using the printer, it claims it's "offline"

The display always states the IP address and is in a "ready" state.
I can print config reports, test pages, etc. Just nothing from any one of three computers, running windows 7, windows 10 and windows 10 laptop.
An archived thread on this was posted, uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked, to which the poster lost the printer again days later when they attempted to print another item, they did post but were given no reply.

I have tried uninstalling, turning off smart menu, two new cables to router, re installing, new drivers, old drivers, making sure I don't have two drivers.
I'tried the HP doctor which was unable to fix it.
The only thing I seem to be unable to change is the windows drivers (from the windows 7 PC) to HP drivers.
Yet as it producing results from three computers I'm inclined to believe that it's an issue with the printer, not an individual operating system.

Make sure that the firmware on the printer is up to date as earlier firmware had issues with maintaining network connectivity. Also, have you tried to ping the IP address or log into the embedded web server when the printer is showing as offline? Are the ports you are using TCP/IP or WSD?
