Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased this HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 at a yard sale.  Since I have several and owned several HP products (printers, laptops, etc) I have great faith in HP!  All seemed fine until I tried to connect it to my WiFi.  Then the locked out by administrator problem arose.  I can't do a 'restore network defaults' or factory reset... all is locked out!     Thank you (in advance) 🙂

You have videos ( several) on youtube on how to reset that printer from the hidden menu. It's complicated to explain in words.

I did find a helpful video on YouTube and it worked perfectly.  It is not complicated but the video helps make it super easy! Thank you!
