Hi @quaydo

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

To restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w and connect it to your router, follow these steps:

Restoring Wi-Fi Setup Mode:

Press Buttons on the Printer:

  • Locate the Wireless and Cancel buttons on your printer.
  • Press and hold both buttons simultaneously for about 3 seconds until the printer restarts.
  • After the restart, wait for the Wireless light to blink blue. This indicates the printer is in Wi-Fi setup mode.

Reconnect Using the HP Smart App:

  • Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  • Follow the prompts to reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Information Light on HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200w:

The Information light on the HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200w provides status updates. Here's what it typically indicates:

  • Solid Light: The printer is ready.
  • Blinking Light: The printer requires attention (e.g., paper jam or toner issue).
  • Wireless Light: Indicates the status of the Wi-Fi connection:
    • Blinking Blue: Printer is in setup mode.
    • Solid Blue: Printer is connected to the wireless network.
