Product: laserjet pro m1212nf_mfp
Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

I have tried to update with W10 and IP 192.168.1.43 but HP cannot find printer.  I can ping printer from W10 and ubuntu laptop WIfi.  I have followed the HP troubleshooting to no avail and tried all options with no ability to connect to printer.  I have disabled both W10 and UFW firewalls in Ubuntu and W10 with another round of try-dis, try-dat's.  

Is there a USB connect on m1212nf_mfp that could be used?

Why can I ping the printer and cannot locate in HP diagnostics?
