Hi @MsJa,
Since the test page prints, the printer itself works. The usual cause is a stuck print queue, or Windows sending the document to a duplicate ("Copy 1") printer entry.
- Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners and remove any duplicate entries ("Copy 1" or old offline versions).
- Clear the print queue: press Win + R, type services.msc, stop Print Spooler, delete everything inside C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS, and start Print Spooler again.
- Set the working printer as default and turn off Let Windows manage my default printer.
- Run HP Print and Scan Doctor and select Fix Printing.
If it still doesn't print, please share your printer model and Windows version and we'll keep helping.
