my 1 year old printer disconnect from my intranet and will not connect, re set to factory no use

I have a Envy 6022 e printer and after working fine for exactly one year from purchase it disconnected from my intranet.  I have tried factory re-set but it will not connect to my intranet.  This was a last resort I don't know what else to do.  I have Hp instant ink there is plenty of ink left and my payment has been collected.  Unable to find a contact for HP unless I pay over £20 for support.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

We have to perform a Semi Full Reset and see how it goes.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
