Hi @1Kuba , Welcome to HP Support Community!

To fix your Photosmart 6525 that won't print from the computer while in "demo mode," first try restarting both the printer and computer, then check for stuck print jobs in the queue. If that doesn't work, perform a hard reset by unplugging the printer for at least 60 seconds, or try restoring the printer to its factory default settings.

Initial troubleshooting
Restart devices: Shut down your computer and printer, then restart your router before powering the printer back on, followed by the computer.
Check the print queue: Cancel any pending or stuck print jobs in the computer's print queue.
Check printer status: Make sure the printer is showing as "online" and not "offline" or "paused" in your computer's printer settings.
Perform a hard reset: Unplug the printer's power cord from the wall outlet, wait for 60 seconds, then plug it back in. Press the power button to turn the printer back on.

Advanced troubleshooting
Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor: Download and run this tool to automatically find and fix common problems
Restore factory defaults: On the printer's touchscreen, navigate to Tools > Restore > Restore Factory Defaults and follow the on-screen instructions.
Check the connection: Ensure the USB or Wi-Fi connection is secure and stable. If using Wi-Fi, restart your router and confirm the printer is connected to the network.
Reinstall the printer driver: Uninstall the printer from your computer and then reinstall it, using the latest driver from the HP website.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
