Follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Check Printer and Wi-Fi Status:

  • Ensure that your printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
  • Make sure your Wi-Fi is working properly by checking other connected devices.

Restart Devices:

  • Turn off your printer, computer, and router.
  • Wait for 60 seconds, then turn them back on.
  • Check if the printer connects to the Wi-Fi and comes online.
