@moemarashi, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series printer is not printing with your 5G internet connection, here are some steps to help resolve the issue:

Check Network Compatibility: Ensure that your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. Sometimes there are compatibility issues with certain routers or network configurations. The printer typically connects to 2.4 GHz networks more reliably than 5 GHz ones.

Verify the Wi-Fi Connection: Make sure your Wi-Fi network is active and that the printer is connected to the Wi-Fi. You can do this by checking the printer's control panel for the Wi-Fi status.

Router Settings: Some routers allow you to set preferred frequencies (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz). Verify if your printer connects better on a 2.4 GHz frequency. You may need to access your router settings to make this change.

Restart Devices: Restart your printer, router, and the device you're printing from. This can often resolve connectivity issues.

Update Firmware: Ensure that the printer's firmware is up-to-date. You can check for updates through the printer’s control panel or using the HP Smart app.

HP Smart App: Use the HP Smart app to manage the connection and print jobs. It can provide troubleshooting assistance if there are connectivity issues.

Check Printer Settings: Use the printer control panel or the HP Smart app to ensure that the Wi-Fi settings are properly configured.

Reinstall Printer Drivers: Sometimes reinstalling the latest printer drivers on your computer can resolve connection issues.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
