Hi @LizzieLou357,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're experiencing some frustration with your HP LaserJet Pro 200 Color Printer M251nw not connecting to your network.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Restart your devices: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Try restarting both your printer and the devices you're trying to connect from (desktop, iPhone, iPad, laptop).
  • Printer network settings: Check the network settings on your printer to make sure it's trying to connect to the correct Wi-Fi network. You may need to reset the network settings on the printer and then try reconnecting.
  • Wi-Fi signal strength: Make sure your printer is within range of your Wi-Fi router and that there are no physical obstructions causing signal interference.
  • Update printer firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Sometimes updating the firmware can resolve connectivity issues. Update the firmware on an HP printer
  • Factory reset: As a last resort, you can try performing a factory reset on your printer. Keep in mind that this will erase any custom settings you've configured on the printer, so make sure to note them down before proceeding.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
