@dinomdb, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to use the ePrint feature on the printer. 

 

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

Follow the steps mentioned in this document - Print with HP ePrint

 

Check if the printer is connected to web services

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services

 

You may also refer to - HP ePrint job doesn't print
