I have been having serious issues with my HP printer... Every single day (at this point over 30 days) the printer disconnects and refuses to print. HP help is no help at all. The virtual assistant is virtually Non-assisting. I would caution you with continuing services with HP because they have no compassion whatsoever. They do not care about their customers. I have screen shots of my messages with them. I told them what was going on with my printer. They did not help me. Then they charged me an extra $150 just for canceling my account 1 day past the 30 day limit. It is ridiculous to charge me at all for a printer that Never even worked to begin with. Let alone extra $ to that extent. I am a low income single mother and HP is just plain rotten! I wanted to send the printer back and get a functional replacement but HP has shown their nasty colors and have lost a customer and all their integrity!
