Hi @Aaron19708

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

It sounds like your HP DeskJet 3722 is connected to Wi-Fi but isn't processing print jobs. Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:

1. Restart the Printer

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it for 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Try printing a test page.

2. Check Printer Status

  • Open Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
  • Click on your printer and select Manage > Print a Test Page.

3. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

  • Download HP Print and Scan Doctor from HP’s support page.
  • Run the tool to diagnose and fix printing issues.

4. Reinstall the Printer Driver

  • Uninstall the printer from Device Manager.
  • Download the latest driver from HP’s official site here.
  • Install and reconnect the printer.
