Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP ENVY 6065e All-in-One Printer isn't printing from a Windows 11 PC due to a setup issue, here’s a step-by-step guide to help resolve the problem:
Step 1: Check Printer Connection
- USB: Ensure the cable is securely connected to both the printer and PC.
- Wi-Fi: Make sure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your PC.
- On the printer, go to Wireless Settings > Wireless Setup Wizard to reconnect.
Step 2: Set as Default Printer
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
- Click your HP ENVY 6065e.
- Select Set as default.
Step 3: Run HP Print and Scan Doctor
- Download from here - Official HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows | Free Download hppsdr.exe.
- Run the tool to automatically detect and fix issues.
Step 4: Reinstall the Printer Driver
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click your printer > Remove device.
- Visit the HP ENVY 6065e support page and download the latest full-feature driver for Windows 11.
- Install and follow the on-screen setup instructions.
Step 5: Check Print Spooler Service
- Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- Find Print Spooler, right-click > Restart.
- Ensure its Startup type is set to Automatic.
Step 6: Try Printing a Test Page
- Go to Settings > Printers & scanners > HP ENVY 6065e > Printer properties.
- Click Print Test Page.
