If your HP ENVY 6065e All-in-One Printer isn't printing from a Windows 11 PC due to a setup issue, here’s a step-by-step guide to help resolve the problem:

Step 1: Check Printer Connection

• USB: Ensure the cable is securely connected to both the printer and PC.
• Wi-Fi: Make sure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your PC.
  • On the printer, go to Wireless Settings > Wireless Setup Wizard to reconnect.

Step 2: Set as Default Printer

1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
2. Click your HP ENVY 6065e.
3. Select Set as default.

Step 3: Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

• Download from here - Official HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows | Free Download hppsdr.exe.
• Run the tool to automatically detect and fix issues.

Step 4: Reinstall the Printer Driver

1. Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
2. Right-click your printer > Remove device.
3. Visit the HP ENVY 6065e support page and download the latest full-feature driver for Windows 11.
4. Install and follow the on-screen setup instructions.

Step 5: Check Print Spooler Service

1. Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
