my internet recently changed. how do I forget the old network?

General help for new modem but just reset the printer and reconnect
1 - Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer
2 - Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change
3 - HP Smart help with printer connection.

Wi-Fi setup video. Method 1 is for Modem or Router connection
and Method 2 is for Wi-Fi Direct when you do not have access to the modem

  1. From the Home screen on the printer display, select Wireless Direct.
  2. In the Wireless Direct menu, select Wireless Direct, and then press OK.
  3. Using the buttons to the right, select On without Security, and then press OK.
  4. Press the button next to Display Name to display the wireless direct name
  5. If you have enabled security, press the button next to Display Password to display password
