We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

I was away for 6 weeks and so switched off my PC , when returning I and switching on my printer printed a few pages and then stopped. It will print a fault page telling me that the printer is not connected to a network but  the WIFI is turned on. I have tried the Virtual assistant solutions but no luck. I would appreciate some guidance. Thanks

Hi @Oscar1361

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Not to worry, I'll do my best to reconnect the printer to your wireless network.

Please share your printer model or product number for further assistance.

May I know if you are using the printer with a computer or a phone?

If using with a computer which operating system is installed on your computer? If using a phone, is it an iPhone or Android?

Was there any change in your wireless router or service provider?

What is the status of your printer's wireless light, is it blinking or steady?

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
