Hi @wendy035

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

That’s frustrating, but let’s get your HP OfficeJet Pro 8139e back online with your Apple devices! Since it’s constantly saying "No Internet Connection," here are some steps to troubleshoot:

Restart Everything

  • Turn off your printer, Wi-Fi router, and Apple devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad).
  • Wait 2 minutes, then turn them back on in this order:
    • Router → Printer → Apple devices.

Check Wi-Fi Connection

  • Ensure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Apple devices.
  • If using dual-band Wi-Fi, try switching between 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.

Reset Network Settings on Printer

  • On the printer’s control panel, go to Setup > Network Settings > Restore Network Defaults.
  • Reconnect the printer to Wi-Fi using Setup > Wireless Setup Wizard.

Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • HP regularly releases new firmware versions for printer enhancements, app updates, or issue fixes. Update the firmware regularly to get the most out of your printer.
  • Click on the link below for instructions on how to update the firmware of your printer.

Reset Printing System on Mac

  • Open System Settings > Printers & Scanners.
  • Right-click your printer and select Reset Printing System.
  • Re-add the printer using Add Printer.
