Hi @kat3636363,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If the orange light on your HP ENVY 6032e All-In-One Printer is flashing and you're getting an error message saying it cannot print, there might be a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue.
- Check for Paper Jams: Even if you can't see anything wrong, open up the printer and check for any paper jams or obstructions. Sometimes even small pieces of paper or debris can cause issues.
- Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on. This simple step can sometimes resolve temporary issues.
- Update Printer Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can usually find firmware updates on the HP website or through the printer's settings menu if it's connected to the internet.
- Check Ink or Toner Levels: If the printer is low on ink or toner, it may not be able to print. Check the ink or toner levels and replace any cartridges that are low or empty.
- Inspect for Hardware Issues: If none of the above steps work, there may be a hardware issue with the printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
