Hi @Jaime0229,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand your printer is unable to connect to the server or has lost connection to HP Connected Services. There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Network Connection Check:

  • Ensure that your printer is connected to a reliable network. If it's connected via a wired connection, ensure the Ethernet cable is secure. For a wireless connection, make sure that your Wi-Fi network is operational, and the printer is connected to the correct network.

Check Network Settings:

  • At the printer’s front panel, verify that IP is enabled for the type of connection you are using. This can often be found under network or settings menus, such as I/O setup.

Embedded Web Server Access:

  • Confirm that the Embedded Web Server settings are correct. You can bypass the proxy server by adjusting your browser settings, if applicable, to access the Web Server directly.

Firmware Updates:

Restart the Printer:

  • Try turning off the printer using the Power button, waiting a moment, and then turning it back on. This action can sometimes resolve connectivity problems.

Reset Network Settings:

  • If you have set passwords or customised network settings, consider resetting these using the printer’s configuration menu. Look for options like "Reset network settings" to ensure the printer is configured to the default.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.
