Product: Example: HP Office Jet 8030 All-In-One printer

My printer seems stuck.  All of a sudden I get a message error that states that until I enrolled the automatic print program or  it will not print.  I am currently enroll in the automatic print program.  I  cannot find my printer to make it work.
