Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer

Hi   I have an HP 9025 Officejet Pro 

I'm connected to the internet but scan to email does not work.   Network connection error keeps coming up. 

Have gone through all the self help steps from HP

Any suggestions.  Thanks.
