Product: HP Photosmart e-All-in-One Printer - D110a

I have a new internet provider and router change.  I can't connect wireless printer HP D110a.  I called internet provider to receive 2nd name for the 2.4 and 5 G and still won't connect.  They suggested asking HP support.
