Product: HP ENVY 5030 All-in-One Printer
My Envy 5030 is NOT recognised by the software with BOTH USB and WIFI enabled. The stated internet code is not recognised by the software although it is displayed by the printer. I am unable to contact ANYONE from HP, but they do send me bills every month for the printing that THEY SAY I am doing. The scanning function IS NOT working, the BLACK INK is not working ( I am in single cartridge mode) And I would love to close my account and STOP PAYING THE BILLS ~ but the IS NO 'billing' option on the website. I am left with the option of closing the credit card that I use or making a god-awe full fuss on Facebook. Anyone got a better idea?
