Hi @rarmma
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out!
I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 8122e All-in-One Printer is showing as offline in your account even though it is connected to Wi-Fi and you can print. Dont worry let me check and help you with this.
Kindly confirm where does it show offline: the HP app, your HP account website, or both? and are you using Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS?
Meanwhile, kindly try these steps and confirm :
- Restart the printer, your device, and Wi-Fi router.
- Make sure the printer and your device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Open the HP app and run Diagnose & Fix.
- If the printer still shows offline in the app, remove the printer from the HP app and add it again.
- Check for any available printer firmware updates.
You can also follow this HP document: HP printer is offline or unavailable. HP recommends these steps for printer offline or unavailable status, including restarting the devices, checking the network, using Diagnose & Fix, and re-adding the printer.
I hope this helps.
I'm an HP Employee.
