Hi @Pripra
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To enter numbers for your Wi-Fi password on the HP OfficeJet 4650's display screen, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Wi-Fi Setup
- Use the control panel to navigate to Setup (the gear icon) and select Network or Wireless settings.
2. Select Wi-Fi Direct
- Choose Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Direct depending on your setup process.
3. Access Password Entry
- When prompted to enter the network password, the on-screen keyboard will appear.
4. Using the On-Screen Keyboard
- Use the arrow keys to navigate through the letters and numbers on the on-screen keyboard.
- If you're trying to enter numbers, look for a toggle or button that switches between letters and numbers, often labeled as “123” or similar.
5. Inputting Characters
- Highlight the number you want to enter and press OK or Select to input it.
- Continue until your entire password is entered.
6. Confirm the Password
- Once you’ve entered the password, look for an option to confirm or save the entry.
7. Restart and Test Connection
- After entering the password, restart the printer if necessary, and check if it connects to your Wi-Fi network.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
