Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

officejet pro 7740 wide format drukt A3 formaat NIET of gestreept af... is verbonden via wifi.

 

Eerst 2 goede afdrukken, dan plots afdrukken waarbij alle lijnen bestaan uit onderbroken streepjes (dit hadden we al eerder maar was plots ook weer opgelost zonder dat we iets wijzigden) en nu reageert de printer plots niet meer op A3 afdrukken... de afdruktaak verschijnt in het venster van de afdruktaken en verdwijnt al even snel terug zonder dat de printer reageerde...

 

Iemand een idee waar dit aan kan liggen? Herstarten en herinstalleren bracht geen soelaas.

A4 wordt wel nog correct afgedrukt.
