printer is saying offline.  I did everything to try to get it back online.  I cant print anythin.  Help.  anyone have an actual phone number for tech support live agent?

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer showing offline.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to troubleshoot and skip the steps which have alredy been performed earlier.

I'm having the same issue, and have tried all the variations of troubleshooting steps I can find in chats and in support with no results (printer still unable to connect to my wireless network). I would like to run 'diagnose and fix' from HP Smart, but my MAC OS screen does not look like your snapshot in guidance, specifically, there is no printer drop-down or any other link from which to select diagnose and fix feature. I am running macOS Monterey 12.6.7.
