I have changed my router and I am unable to reset the wireless connection for the printer. I downloaded HP smart, but the "network information" section is grayed out. I have also followed all the instructions provided by the virtual agent, but I still cannot reset the printer. How can I solve this problem?
I use a macbook, Catalina version 10.15.7.
thank you for your help

Just FYI. I solved the problem by connecting the printer to the computer with the printer cable and opening up the HP utility app. I am not sure what worked and I probably could not replicate with I did, but somehow it worked. I thought this solution might help other.
