Product: HP Office Jet Pro 9025

I have tried for several weeks to figure this out without having to take the printer in to have it fixed.  I truely believe it is something simple,  I cannot afford to take it in and the printer isn't that old.  I've had it a little over a year.  Can someone please help me?  I would forever be grateful.

Hi,

Swipe down the top bar on the printer screen and tap the Setup (gear icon), then tap Preferences.

 

Scroll down and look for Output Bin Sensor, then toggle its switch off and check for any difference,
