Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Power cord issue!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your HP ENVY 6500 printer's power cord keeps falling out and does not stay attached, it is likely that the power cord is not fully plugged in and is not making a solid connection. Here are some steps you can follow to ensure it is properly attached:

Power off the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer by pressing the power button.

Unplug the Power Cord:

  • Disconnect the power cord from the printer completely.

Reconnect the Power Cord:

  • Apply slight force to plug the power cord into the power port of the printer. Even if the cord appears to be plugged in, continue to push firmly until it is fully seated in the printer.

Following these steps should help ensure that the power cord remains securely attached to your HP ENVY 6500 printer.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
