Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer

When i select print from my iphone, the printjob dialog box comes up. I define the print, send. But the printer does not print the job. The iphone and printer are on the same network. Not sure why it does not print? Help, thanks

This could be because this printer is not compatible with your current version of OS. It is compatible with IOS 15 as of now. 


 

You may click here and check the same. 

 

However, try printing with a different device and see if that works or gives you any error.
