@Mariprz209, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Connecting HP DeskJet 2752 All-in-One Printer to a New Wi-Fi Network!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If the network name (SSID) for your Wi-Fi has changed, you will need to update the settings on your HP DeskJet 2752 All-in-One printer to connect to the new network. Follow these steps:
Prepare the Printer:
- Make sure your printer is powered on.
- Ensure it is within range of your new wireless network.
Reset Network Settings:
- Restore your printer to its network default settings. For many HP DeskJet models, you can do this by pressing and holding the Wireless and Cancel buttons on the printer control panel until the Power light blinks.
Connect Using HP Smart App:
- Download and install the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device if you haven't done so.
- Open the HP Smart app and click the "+" or “Add Printer” option to discover your printer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. The app will guide you to connect the printer to your updated network by selecting the new SSID and entering the password.
Alternative WPS Method:
- If your router supports WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup), you can use this for easy connection.
- Press the WPS button on your router.
- Then, press and hold the Wireless button on your printer until the wireless light blinks. It will start connecting to the router.
- Once connected, the wireless light will stop blinking and stay solid.
Verify Connection:
- Print a network configuration report to verify the printer is connected to the correct network. You can usually do this by pressing the Information button on the printer.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
