Hi @jk365,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
When you change your internet provider or router, you'll need to reconnect your HP ENVY 6032e All-In-One Printer to the new network. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you connect your printer to the new router.
Using the HP Smart App
Download and Install HP Smart App:
- Download the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device. It's available for both Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
Reset Network Settings on the Printer:
- Turn on the printer.
- Press and hold the Wireless button (located at the back of the printer) for about 3 seconds until the wireless light starts blinking. This resets the network settings.
Open HP Smart App:
- Open the HP Smart app on your device.
- Click on the plus sign (+) to add a new printer.
- The app should detect your printer. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect it to your new Wi-Fi network.
Using WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup)
Prepare Your Printer:
- Turn on the printer.
- Make sure the printer is in setup mode (if not, reset the network settings as described above).
Enable WPS on Your Router:
- Press the WPS button on your router. It might have a WPS symbol (two arrows forming a circle) or be labeled "WPS."
Connect the Printer:
- Press and hold the Wireless button on the printer for 3 seconds.
- The wireless light should start blinking. Wait for the printer to establish a connection with the router.

Using the Printer Control Panel (if available)
Access Wireless Setup:
- On the printer control panel, go to the Wireless menu.
- Select Wireless Setup Wizard.
Connect to Network:
- Follow the on-screen instructions to select your new Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
Using USB Setup (Windows)
- Connect via USB:
- Temporarily connect your printer to your computer using a USB cable.
- Install Software:
- Download and install the full-feature HP software and driver from the HP website.
- Run the Software:
- Follow the on-screen instructions in the software to connect the printer to your new Wi-Fi network.
- Disconnect USB:
- Once the wireless connection is established, disconnect the USB cable.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
