2 days ago, ie 12/31/20, everything was fine. Yesterday 1/1/21 SNAFU. I tried to sca. Got a message that the printer wasn't connected. Went to settings and PRINTED a test page. Still, not connected. Went to the manual printer screen and scanned a page.. Where did it go? Who knows? Right now I have a dilemma. What's going on?

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
How is the printer connected?
Are you able to print documents from the printer?
