Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello, the documents I want to print on my HP printer remain in the queue. The printer works well for scanning and making photocopies. On HP Smart I cannot print the test page. I uninstalled HP Smart and re-installed. HP Smart does not return error messages. The printer was working fine and overnight it went offline which I fixed but now no way to print documents.
