Hi,
The printer supports a 2.4GHz wireless connectivity only, dual-band routers are highly available today.
Please contact your router service provider and ensure your router is set to broadcast a 2.4GHz wireless connection with a unique SSID for the different bands, if your router is set to broadcast 5GHz only, your printer won't see it due to lack of compatibility.
