Product: hp officejet pro 8600

Please if someone may help me soon as possible, as i am starting college. My HP officejet pro 8600 is connected to my WIFI and shows up under my printer section. I try to print and it keeps coming back as "filter failed," i am very confused and not too familiar with this stuff anymore lol, but i really need this up and working soon. I have did that chat with a HP worker on the website and someone was suppose to call and we know how that goes, no one called. Thanks in advance to everyone's feedback.

I understand that Printer has an issue with printing filtering failed .

 

May I know the Operating system used?

 

May I know the model number of the printer?

 

Please share the info I can share the troubleshooting step to resolve the issue
