Hi @popslow,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your DeskJet 3755 printer is experiencing connectivity issues with the network. Here are detailed steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

1. Verify Network Connectivity:

Router Status:

  • Ensure your router is turned on and connected to the Internet. You can verify this by connecting another device (e.g., a smartphone) to the same network.

Wi-Fi Connection:

  • Make sure the printer and your device are both connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

2. Check Printer's Network Connection:

  • Blue Wireless Light:
    • The blue wireless light on the printer should be steady, indicating a successful connection.

    • If it's blinking or off, restart the printer and router. Wait a few minutes for them to fully power up.

3. Reset Printer Network Settings:

  • Restore Network Settings:

    • On the printer control panel, navigate to the Wireless or Network Settings menu. Choose the option to restore network settings and follow any on-screen instructions.

4. Set Up Wi-Fi Again:

Wireless Setup Wizard:

  • Use the Wireless Setup Wizard from the printer's control panel to reconnect it to your network.

Manual Connection:

  • If your printer does not have a touchscreen, use the Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) feature:

    • Hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer for a few seconds until the light starts flashing.

    • Press the WPS button on your router to start the connection process.

5. Check Web Services:

  • Enable HP Web Services:

    • Ensure that HP Web Services are activated on your printer. This can sometimes resolve issues with Internet connectivity related to HP Instant Ink services.

6. Review Printer Status:

  • HP Instant Ink Connection:

    • Sign in to your HP Instant Ink account and check your printer's status. If it reads "Not ready to print," refresh the status page a few times.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.
