@Ri201, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Connectivity Issues with the HP DeskJet 2723 All-in-One Printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your HP DeskJet 2723 All-in-One Printer is not getting connected, here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue:

Check Wireless Settings:

  • Ensure your printer's wireless capability is enabled. The DeskJet 2723 supports built-in Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n. Verify that the Wi-Fi connection is active on your printer.

Restart Devices:

  • Turn off your printer and restart it. Also, restart your computer and Wi-Fi router. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.

Verify Network Connection:

  • Make sure your printer is connected to the correct network. You can check and correct the network settings using the HP Smart app, which supports Apple AirPrint™, Chrome OS, and Mopria-certified mobile printing services.

Check Printer Status:

  • Ensure there are no error messages on the printer display and verify that the printer is configured correctly within your network.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:

Check USB Connection:

  • If you are connecting via USB, ensure that the USB cable is securely connected to both the printer and the computer. Use a high-speed USB 2.0 cable for best performance.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Ensure that you have the latest drivers and software installed. You can download them from HP's official site.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
