First, I can no longer sign in the HP Smart App

Second, I could print directly from documents, not the app

Third, I can no longer scan, the app cannot connect to the printer (whilst it is connected for printing)

And now......I cannot do anything any longer: no printing, no scanning.

I followed all the steps in the quick start guide and the printer information page: NOTHING WORKED

Furthermore, I followed the two suggestions in this forum: NOTHING WORKED

All my printer does now is flashing the Wireless blue light and the little screen is blank.

I wrote in this forum several times, but nobody answers

Also HP Israel cannot be connected.

I am very annoyed. The HP Smart Tank 516 worked fine for a few months, then disaster struck, out of the blue.

Do I really have to trash this brand-new printer?????

I wonder if anybody is ever going to help me solve these issues.

The situation has gone from bad to worse, so bad that I cannot print nor scan.

I tried every single option to solve the problem (all 6 of them in the manual and suggestions on this forum), but the printer cannot connect. The blue wireless light keeps on flashing and on the screen the 'strength' indicator goes from zero to max back to zero....etc.

The printer has rendered itself completely useless.

Your silence is deafening.

 

What kind of company is HP? You never heard of customer service? You have sold me a product that became completely useless. I suggest you go for a training to Apple and Microsoft and learn what customer service means.

 

I insist you finally respond and solve the problems with my HP printer. Rest assured, I will not remain quiet if you keep on ignoring me.
