Hi @js1-_,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for reaching out about your HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer. We understand how frustrating it can be when your printer suddenly loses connection despite rebooting your router, printer, and computer. Let’s work together to restore that seamless wireless printing experience.

Step-by-Step Wi-Fi Reconnection Process:

1. Check Wireless Light

  • Look at the printer’s Wi-Fi indicator light:
    • Solid blue = connected
    • Blinking or off = not connected

If it’s not solid blue, continue with the steps below.

2. Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode

This clears old network settings and prepares the printer for the new configuration.

To restore Wi-Fi setup mode:

  1. Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button (the red ) at the same time for about 5 seconds, then release.
  2. The blue wireless light should begin to blink – this means it's in setup mode.

3. Reconnect Using HP Smart App

  1. Download or open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Click Add Printer and follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter your password when prompted.

Make sure your device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network you want the printer to use.

4. Additional Wi-Fi Tips

  • Place the printer within 6–8 feet of your Wi-Fi router.
  • Avoid barriers like walls, microwaves, or cordless phones between the printer and router.
  • Make sure your Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz, as the DeskJet 3755 does not support 5GHz networks.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
