@millerhc, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
We see that you are facing connectivity issues after change in the network. Please follow these steps,
1. Turn on your printer and make sure it is in a ready state.
2. Press and hold (the Information button) for 3 seconds, and then release the button. All control panel buttons will light up.
3. Press and hold (the Wireless button) and (the Cancel button). The printer restarts and, depending on your printer model, the Status light pulses purple or (the Wireless button) starts blinking blue. This indicates that the printer is in wireless setup mode.
4. Connect to Wi-Fi:
Using WPS: Press the WPS button on your router, then press and hold the Wireless button on your printer until the wireless light starts blinking. Wait for the connection to establish.
Using HP Smart App: Download the HP Smart app on your device, open it, and follow the prompts to add your printer and connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
