Hi my printer will not connect to our wifi. It has a white/yellow light on its front which is constant and the info icon is flashing. i have uninstalled hp app, printer etc. turned our router off/on and the printer off/on and reset everyting back up. Still shows same lights. i can press the info icon and it just prints same info printer page. I can connect to wifi direct using my moble but nothing will print it just hangs on pending print. Any advice please?
