Hi my printer will not connect to our wifi. It has a white/yellow light on its front which is constant and the info icon is flashing. i have uninstalled hp smart app, printer etc. turned our router off/on and the printer off/on and reset everyting back up. Still shows same lights. i can press the info icon and it just prints same info printer page. I can connect to wifi direct using my moble but nothing will print it just hangs on pending print. Any advice please?

Hi thanks for the info. This printer is now working I just hadn't got chance to close this case. Resolution was to uninstall all things HP Envy related from my laptop then I connected via WPS , it connected, reinstalled and is working fine.
