@signe2611,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Envy 6032e printer says the Wi-Fi network password is incorrect for your HP Envy 6023, but you're sure it's correct, Kindly follow these steps:

1. Restart Everything

Restart your printer, Wi-Fi router, and computer/phone.

Try connecting again after a few minutes.

2. Verify Password & Network

Make sure you're entering the correct Wi-Fi password (case-sensitive).

Check if the router's SSID (Wi-Fi name) is correct.

If your router has both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks, connect the printer to 2.4GHz.

3. Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi

Using HP Smart App (Recommended):

Open the HP Smart app on your phone or PC.

Go to Printer Settings > Restore Network Settings.

On the printer, press and hold the Wi-Fi button for about 5 seconds until the light blinks.

In the HP Smart app, select Set up a new printer and follow the on-screen instructions.

4. Use Wi-Fi Direct (If Needed)

If you can't connect, use Wi-Fi Direct to print:

Press the Wi-Fi Direct button on the printer.

Connect your device to the printer's Wi-Fi Direct network (name will be something like HP-Setup-ENVY-XXXX).

Use HP Smart to configure the Wi-Fi settings again.

5. Reset Printer’s Network Settings

Press and hold the Wi-Fi button + Cancel button on the printer for 5 seconds to reset the network settings.

Try connecting to Wi-Fi again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
