first off, my Operating System is not listed in the pull down menu above. I'm using Sequoia 15.5. My printer lost internet connection and I don't know how to reconnect it. Using the HP Smart app, it shows up but as "unavailable"

Please share your printer model or product number for further assistance.

 

Was there any change in your wireless router or service provider?

What is the status of your printer's wireless light, is it blinking or steady?
