I have 2 printers and both of them had a warranty on them. The warranty expired in 2022 and from then on I didn't know what to do to get them back up and running again. I'm not sure if there is something that I have to pay off or if there is just no use for them any more. if there is something that I have to pay off I would like to know where I can go to get that done and get my printers up and running again.

If you had the 4155e then you have the instant ink printer and as I understand it, you need to contact HP to get new ink sent to you. Alternately, you need to buy genuine HP ink cartridges. Either new or refilled but they must have the HP chip circuitry in the cartridge.

General help on instant ink management
The 4155 that has no "e' does not have an instant ink requirement.
Let me know if you need help getting it on the network
