My printer will not scan to my email. I can scan to computer and then send to email. I always could send directly to email in a PDF file but it stopped working. It says on the printer: The printer could not connect to web services. The sever might be busy or temp. unavailable.  I have tryed everything to fix it. Not sure why it stopped working. Can you Help?

@coolestname, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to scan to email.

Did you make any changes to the settings?

If not, it could be that the HP server is down. Try again after a couple of days.

If the issue persists, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services

Also, refer to - Scan to Email Cannot Access Email Accounts

For more info on scanning, refer to - How to scan with an HP printer

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region for further assistance.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
