Product: HP DeskJet 2620 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I try to print and nothing happens - when I click on printer it looks as though it is downloading the document but nothing happens.   On my MAC screen there is a little logo for the printer and beside it there is a little orange circle with an electric line through it - can anybody help.   i have unplugged the printer and unplugged from the computer, switched off and waited - nothing happens.
